TRANSPARENCY

Follow the evidence to its source.

Primary sources are a starting point. They are not independent verification of their own findings.

Feeds are checked every 10 minutes. If a source fails, the previous edition remains available; a failed request is never turned into a fresh story. Last collection attempt: November 08, 2026 at 10:50 UTC.

Habits of evidence matter: when reuse rights and credits can be established, we display the image supplied with the source report. NASA/government images are checked for institutional credits and conflicting rights; ESO news images use CC BY 4.0 with visible full attribution. Other publishers’ images are not automatically reused. Otherwise, clearly labelled archival imagery or original illustrations remain. Source photos are not AI-generated or altered; responsive display may crop them. Full subject, credit and usage information appear on story pages.

Publication dates

Source briefs retain the publisher’s original date and show when they were added to Signal. Our publication dates in structured data refer to the first addition to this site. Explainers use their own original publication date. Refreshing a feed does not reset these dates.

Scope and omissions

We cover selected English-language space, science and technology reports. Our feeds are not an exhaustive newswire, and a fast update cycle is not a promise of real-time or breaking-news coverage.
